1. Anyone who either buys or sells a home with The Bev MacLean Team, or refers a client that either buys or sells a home with The Bev MacLean Team is eligible to enter this promotion. The home purchased or sold, or the client that is referred, must have a closing date no ater than Dec. 31st, 2010.
2.You must be at least 18 years of Age, a Canadian Citizen, or Landed Immigrant.
3. There is no limit as to the number of times you may enter the draw.
4. The following persons are not eligible to enter: members and immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of The Bev MacLean Team, Real Estate Sales Representatives and Real Estate Brokers.
5. Entrants need not be present to win. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during twenty (20) business days from the date of the draw, or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. All entries must be complete in order to be eligible. Entries that are late, misdirected, lost or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules will be disqualified. All Entries will be accepted via email, fax, or mail.
7. The random draw will take place from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
8. The Draw is for Two Adults, for one week to Mexico. The winner will be chosen among eligible entries received. Air tax is included, however, any additional taxes (should there be any), are the sole responsibility of winner.
9. Expenses to and from the Airport are the responsibility of the winner.
10. The winner authorizes at no charge, the use of his/her name and/or picture for future promotional purposes and the winner agrees to sign a Declaration and Release From to this effect.
11. The Draw date will be in December 2010, and all entrants will be invited to attend the draw. The Trip must be taken by Nov. 30, 2011. All Entry forms must be completed and submitted by no later than December 15th, 2010. The Draw will be completed, prior to December 31st, 2010.
12. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random, by the Law Firm, Goodman & Griffin.
13. If the winner is not present at the draw, he/she will be notified either by phone or email within 3 days of the draw.
14. The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, Real Estate Council of Ontario, and local laws.
15. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
16. The Bev MacLean Team reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
17. If the selected entrant is awarded the Prize due to a system error, malfunction or defect, the Prize will be returned to the Prize pool, to be re-awarded.
18. The winner does not qualify for Airplane mileage accumulation or that of any other affiliated frequent flyer program.
19. Expenses for any type of Insurance Coverage will be the responsibility of the Winner.
20. Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution, is non transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold or exchanged. Request for refund will not be entertained.
